This is well known as air volume regulators. The air damper opens according to the changes in the referential pressure. Increases the pressure causes the air damper closing movement and at the same time it maintains the required constant air volume. Application of the constant volume regulator eliminates the need to measure and balance the air systems at the time of commissioning.
